The General Branch is conducting a seminar for a master’s thesis project

The General Branch of the College of Law conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Zainab Hussein Ali) entitled (Objective provisions for the crime of treachery – a comparative study). Crimes harmful to the public interest. It is necessary to clarify this crime and to address its various aspects because of its close connection with the public servant and its damages that weaken the public function, even in an indirect way.
The Scientific Committee in Criminal Law has directed the student to make substantive modifications in the scientific research methodology and some modifications in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. The research is not disjointed and tainted by confusion between the topics.
